Accumulation? Never!
The process of letting go of attachments takes patience, but it is necessary. Research shows that many people experience feelings of stress, anxiety, and guilt when their home is cluttered or unorganized.
This object is not part of you, begin the process by reflecting on whether you really need it. Sometimes we have no justification for having that piece and we confuse attachment with usefulness.
Limit Your Unusable Items: Every item that later turns into junk is carried into your home by one of your family members, friends, visits in general, unless you’re constantly receiving gifts
Life is made of priorities, select those clothes that have a long life and are difficult to wear out. In fact, think about it even when shopping. Very flashy prints, for example, you end up avoiding repeating them. Hard-to-wash sweaters can be easily damaged. Think about that when deciding what stays and what goes out.
Plan Purchases: As with promotional items, buying things that you don’t really need only increases the amount of junk in your house. Avoid making impulse purchases by preparing a shopping list every time you go out and stick to it.
Rent or borrow, do not buy: Consider borrowing or renting those items that you only need occasionally, or use for a short period of time, like books and videos. You can also switch to digital formats, like eBooks or online streaming for entertainment.
